Christmas Turkey

We rear our turkeys on a sunny south-facing hillside. They have a house that they can go into if they like but they choose to spend most of their time out on the grass finding delicious bugs and chatting away to us and each other.

We choose slow-growing heritage breeds of bronze turkey and we feed them the best quality food available which is locally grown and milled. Low food miles, low carbon footprint.

They are game hung for 7 days, dry plucked and presented in a recycleable cardboard box. No plastic packaging. We individually dry hand-pluck our turkeys so they develop a crispy skin when roasted. Giblets included.

As bird weights vary, please let us know roughly what size bird you would like.

Micro 2-4kg, Small 5-6kg, Medium 6-8kg, Large 8-10kg.

We only raise a small number of turkeys, so ordering early is recommended. A £20 deposit is payable at time of order.
